2. Determine dates and location--who will provide the host home? How many classes/weeks would you prefer, if that is an option? Be sure to have alternative dates if possible.

4. Pricing. Because there are many variables in scheduling a course, pricing on this site is a close estimate. Special requests and circumstances may alter the final cost. The cost of gas and time spent in travel are reflected in our pricing policies listed below.

Pricing Policy

​​

• Unless otherwise noted, classes are priced per course, not per student. The minimum and maximum participant numbers are provided. 

 

• Payment for all classes must be made in advance, due a week before the first day of class. Groups may designate a single individual to make one payment, or participants may pay their percentage of the class fee directly to the instructor. However, classes will not begin until the entire fee is paid. 

 

• The commitment to attend all classes in a course is assumed. No refunds or credits will be given for missed days by individuals, aside from extreme circumstances. Rescheduling of an entire class may be possible if given at least 24hr notice.

• Fees for some classes may not cover all materials needed. Participants may be asked to provide some items (borrowed props for a play, scissors for sewing) Any need for such items will be communicated prior to the start of the course.​
